  • We're searching for a Sales Administration Officer to join our team in Dubai as part of the supply chain / Operations department. He/she will be responsible for sales orders on a daily basis including the placement and tracking of orders, management of shipments and order fulfillment.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Process customer orders for all products in compliance with the company's policies and procedures;

    Receive, review, acknowledge and place customer sales orders accurately and promptly on the ERP system;

    Act as the primary contact to customers, close business in coordination with the related sales employee and complete administrative functions

    Fulfill orders once released from credit;

    Track shipments and update customers and internal stakeholders on order backlogs and information;

    Work with logistics, sales and credit teams to ensure order fulfilment in a timely manner;

    Handle customer complaints in a timely manner and escalate issues when necessary;

    Update sales reports as required and manage ad hoc requests as and when necessary;

    Administer and maintain the DB of the new & existing clients.

    Skills and Experience Required:

    Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in CRM, Procurement, sales order processing etc.;

    Excellent written & verbal

    communication in English;

    Excellent teamwork skills

    Customer oriented with the ability to listen, organize and champion key initiatives for channel development and customer satisfaction;
